Wyvern Ventures is a multi-stage venture capital fund manager.

We make Seed, Series A & later-stage investments in technology and Internet startups that may be located anywhere in the world but are targeting a global audience. We particular focus on startups located in Australia, South East Asia, Hong Kong, China, the United Kingdom and the United States. We have vast experience in helping grow highly-successful global consumer-focused Internet & software companies and aim to help you grow your business and not just provide capital. Being founders ourselves we know the best use of an entrepreneurs’ bandwidth is focusing on developing ideas, building products, and running & growing their businesses, not dealing with investor overhead.

how much do we invest?

Investments vary on the stage of the business and, of course, the market potential of the individual company. We look at both early-stage “seed” investments, and later-stage “growth” investments. Usually we like to take minority positions without too many bells and whistles. We want to keep the entrepreneurs and founders motivated with enough equity upside that everyone prospers with the success of the company.

how do we invest?

Most of the companies we ultimately invest in have been initially introduced to us through our network of colleagues, portfolio companies, or wider group of contacts.
